PURPOSE:To substitute the signal output function of a target system programmably without accurately predicting the execution flow of a target program. CONSTITUTION:The emulator is provided with a timing detecting circuit 1 which can set an aimed condition programmably and detects the set condition being satisfied in the execution of the target program by referring to information on an emulation bus and a programmable output circuit 100 having data storage groups 2 and 3 which output previously programmably stored data according to the condition detected by the circuit 1. The output information of this programmable output circuit 100 is supplied to a microcomputer 301 for emulation as a substitute for the output information of an actual user machine 400. |
