<p>PURPOSE: To improve reliability of an integrated circuit card by preventing a transmission of a stress to the circuit during a mechanical deformation of the card. CONSTITUTION: In the integrated circuit card comprising a card support 130 having a cavity 101, and a cabinet 200 having circuits 10 disposed on lower surfaces of circuit supports 20, 40 fixedly disposed so that the circuits 10 are opposed to a part of a bottom wall 100 of the cavity 101 in the cavity; at least two weakened parts 104 are provided at both sides of a bridge 103 opposed to the circuits 10 of the bottom wall 100.</p> |
