PURPOSE: To supply also reference output voltage except the reference output current which has no relation with a working temperature by a reference generator provided with first and second current mirror circuits and a resistance element. CONSTITUTION: In order to generate both of reference output current and reference output voltage, a reference generator is composed of first current mirror circuits P2 and P3, second current mirror circuits N2 and N3 and third mirror circuits P4 and P5 and a resistance element N1. Because the reference output voltage depends on only the gate source voltage of a transistor to which constant current is supplied, the value of the reference output voltage becomes constant and almost independent of an ambient temperature.
