CONSTITUTION: A lever 1 pivotally joined to a single bracket 3a and 3b projecting from a boot is composed of a single hollow central main body 7, and the main body 7 is pivotally joined to a lever main body, and a screw is cut on the inside in a mutually complementing shape to a single pawl 11, and at least a single towing part 13 is connected to this pawl 11. |
