PURPOSE:To manufacture a film of superior mechanical characteristics, resistance to heat and surface properties. CONSTITUTION:A film of high rigidity composed of thermoplastic polymer is provided with 500kg/mm<2> or more Young's modulus at least in one direction, R=0.2-5.0 of ratio R of Young's modulus in the vertical and horizontal directions and 3kg/mm<2> or more strength when elasticity at least in one direction is 1%, and 5-500nm peak average height (RSM). The film is of superior mechanical characteristics and surface properties, and although the film is thin, the handling properties at the time of handling are superior. |
