PURPOSE: To obtain a composition for local part capable of controlling the degree of skin penetration. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises (1) a pharmacologically active agent, (2) a certain amount of propylene glycol, one or more specific fatty acid esters or a mixture of propylene glycol and one or more specific fatty acid ester and an antifungal amount of imidazole and (e) a pharmacologically permissible medium for a local part.
