PURPOSE:To form a high-density and highly-sharp image on a recording object by transferring an image to a recording material and heating the image. CONSTITUTION:A recording agent which is made of a colorant, such as a dye and a pigment, and a solvent and can be used for a normal writing, an ink jet recording, a printing, and others is supplied onto a recording material provided with a heat-sensitive material layer, whereby an image is formed on the recording material. After that, at least 5wt.% of the component of the recording agent on the recording material is evaporated by the heat of an infrared ray lamp. The recording agent on the recording material is transferred onto a recording object (e.g. paper). |
