<p>PURPOSE: To attain synchronization with a local reference by detecting that a write pulse is adjacent to a read pulse for each sample, and allowing a switch to change the state according to this. CONSTITUTION: A digital sound signal following the jitter of each sample attains synchronization with a local reference pulse by using a reading and writing buffer memory. A timing pulse is related with an input sample, the input sample is applied through a sample latch storage device 36 to a main memory 12, and the timing pulse is applied to a write control input 50 of the main memory 12 directly or with a short delay by switches 66 and 68. Then, a phase comparator 24 detects that a write pulse is adjacent to a read pulse for each sample, allows the switches 66 and 68 to change the state according to this, and to maintain the changed state until the original state is restored.</p> |
