<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a material having excellent oxygen barrier characteristics, implosion resistance or the like by forming a multilayer film containing an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, an amorphous nylon and the like in a film used for a vacuum packaging or the like. CONSTITUTION: A core layer 12 of a multilayer film 10 is formed preferably of an oxygen barrier material such as an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) or a vinylidene chloride polymer, a polyamide or the like. Since the EVOH lowers its oxygen barrier characteristics when a relative humidity is high, as outside layers 18, 20, an amorphous nylon or the like having high oxygen barrier characteristics at relatively high humidity environment is used. As layers 26, 28, an ethylene vinyl acetate polymer or the like having relatively high vinyl acetate content is used. Further, the layers 14, 16, a polymer such as a low density polyethylene or the like is used, and as the layer 22, a heat resistant material such as a high density polyethylene or the like is used, and as the layer 24, a heat sealable polymer material is used.</p> |
