PURPOSE:To manufacture a cleaning blade for electronic photograph copying machine by mixing and agitating a main agent composed of a specified urethane polymer with the effective amount of a specified imidazole curing catalyst and injecting the mixture into a heating mold. CONSTITUTION:A main agent composed of a urethane prepolymer containing 5-8% isocyanate is prepared out of polyol and polyisocyanate of 1000-3000 molecular weight. Said main agent is mixed with the effective amount of an imidazole curing catalyst represented by the formula (R represents H, methyl and ethyl) and a curing agent component composed of low molecular weight polyol of 60-150 weight at the isocyanate hydroxyl equivalent weight ratio of 1.0-1.2, and agitated, and after or during agitation, the same is injected into a preheated mold to manufacture a cleaning blade for electronic photograph copying. As a mixture is cured in a short time after injecting the main agent and the curing component into the mold, the cleaning blades can be mass produced by using a small number of molds in the process. |
