PURPOSE: To reuse waste from cutting process by regenerating and separating by stirring the waste in a washing solution, accumulating a ferromagnetic component on the wall of a vessel, filtering out other components and again mixing the ferromagnetic component with the washing solution and filtering with a magnetic field cut off. CONSTITUTION: Grinding sludge 50 is introduced into a separating device 14 filled with a washing solution 51 through a feeding device 12 connected to a filling part 10 for filling the grinding sludge, wherein the sludge 50 is mixed with the washing solution 51. The grinding sludge 50 is generated mainly from steel and steel casting of a crank shaft, cam shaft, cylinder head or the like, and the metal grinding sludge 50 is separated from other sludge by magnetic separation. A magnetic field 45 is produced at the vertical wall of the vessel which causes ferromagnetic components to accumulate on the wall. The washing solution 51 and non-ferromagnetic contents are fed to a filter device 18 for filtering out the non-ferromagnetic components, while the magnetic field is subsequently removed, and the components separated from the vessel wall is fed to the filter device 18 or 19 together with the washing solution 51 for separating the ferromagnetic components. |
