PURPOSE:To upgrade the productivity of a base and improve the possibility of damage to a protection film of a recording medium using the molded base. CONSTITUTION:An undercut 14a is formed on a side face on which a cavity 15 consisting of a stamper 12 of a movable mold 11, a fixed mold 13 and an outer peripheral ring 14, is formed, and corner flashes on the outermost periphery are generated on the positions on the inner side of the outermost peripheral edge of a base 1 by the formed undercut 14a. Also, it is not necessary to use a mask or the like for coating a reflection film to reduce the manhours. |
