PURPOSE:To provide proper and stabilized slip torque without fusion bonding a gear section 11c to a shaft section 11a in carrying out integral molding the synthetic resin gear section 11c to be able to slip to the synthetic shaft section 11a. CONSTITUTION:An injection gate G of a forming mold 16 for molding a gear section is positioned on one face in the gear shaft direction and a ring protruded section 16a is formed on the position closer to the center than a resin injection gate G on the other side face so that the resin is hit against the other side face and flowed over the protruded section 16a, and then flowed into the periphery of a protruded section (C) for bonding of a shaft 11a when the resin is flowed from the resin injection gate G into the mold 16. |
