PURPOSE: To provide a compact and lightweight pump which can be transplanted in the vicinity of a heart of a patient and can also satisfy severe requirements. CONSTITUTION: In a blood sending-out pump composed of a check valve 2 in which blood flows and a pump element 1 to discharge the blood to the high pressure side through a check valve 3, this is related to a pump whose pump element 1 has a deformable chamber 4 and a driving device 6 having a pushing- out member 5 to act on the chamber 4. The chamber 4 is composed of a pressure resistant deformable bag 9, and one driving device is composed of an electric motor 10 having a hollow shaft 11. When the hollow shaft 11 is rotated, a linear driving device composed of a spindle 14 and a nut 13 acts on the pushing-out member 5. The spindle 14 and the nut 13 are arranged inside a rotor 12 composed as the hollow shaft 11 of the electric motor 10. |
