The rejects from the kraftpaper processing mill is collected and neutralized, and mixture of the rejects and water with a ratio from 90:10 or to 80:20 are blended for 30 minutes to make water content ratio become 90 %, then the blended rejects are boiled at 150 deg.C for 2-3 hours, and then removes all foreign substances including synthetic resins. Then they are agitate for 30-50 minutes to become solid contents of 80-85 %. Then, these contents are vacuum molded through the mold, then followed by drying process for 20-25 minutes at temperature of 110-120 deg.C. The main body (1) of mold has receivers of molds (3)(4), and is loaded with molds (7) (8), and the outlets of inner molds (5)(6) have the same direction with the suction mouth (2) of the main body.
