PURPOSE:To obtain the dividing circuit for inputting with two polarities of positive and negative by combining an absolute value circuit, a voltage comparator and a multiplier to a conventional dividing circuit. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is provided with an absolute value circuit 2 for inputting a signal voltage Vx and obtaining an absolute value output ¦Vx¦, an arithmetic circuit 5 for inputting this absolute value output ¦Vx¦ together with a signal voltage Vy and obtaining an arithmetic output Vy/¦Vx¦, a comparator 4 for inputting the signal voltage Vx and outputting a comparator voltage Vx', and a multiplier 7 for inputting the arithmetic output Vy/¦Vx¦ and the comparator output voltage Vx' and multiplying them. In such a way, the dividing circuit turning to four quadrants is obtained. |
