PURPOSE:To readily exchange a heater plate in a heater block for use in a wire bonder or the like. CONSTITUTION:In a heater block having a heater block body 11 integrating a heater 12 and a heater plate 13 placed detachably on the heater block 11, the heater block has a groove-form recess 15 for positioning along an upper surface end of the heater block body 11 and a projection 16 which is located at a lower surface end of the heater plate and which engages with the groove- form recess 15. |
