PURPOSE:To simplify the working process heretofore available and make the manufacture of resin concrete easy by vibration filling a bonding material and aggregates in a mold. CONSTITUTION:A liquid bonding material 6 of low viscosity is dropped by the amount to be filled into a mold 2 of good sealing properties fixed on a vibration table 1. Aggregates are divided into rough aggregates 3, medium aggregates 4 and fine aggregates 5, and first only the rough aggregates 3 are filled in the mold 2 while being vibrated. Then the medium aggregates 4 are filled into spaces among the filled rough aggregates 3 and bonding material forming sections among the filled rough aggregates 3 while being vibrated. Lastly, the fine aggregates 5 are filled in the spaces among the filled medium aggregates 4 and bonding material filling sections among the filled medium aggregates 4. The liquid level of the bonding material is risen up gradually while filling the medium material 4 into the rough aggregates 3 and the fine aggregates 5 into the intermediate aggregates 4 respectively, and the upper surface level of the filling aggregates is in conformity with the liquid level of the bonding material simultaneously with the completion of filling of the last fine aggregates 5. |
