<p>PURPOSE: To aim at long lifetime of blades by cleaning them by a chemical agent carried by air stream during operation of the blades and after opening by coating their protection layer with high speed flame melt-spraying method at stationary state. CONSTITUTION: In a gas turbo group comprising a compression section 11a, combustion section 11b and a turbine section 11c, as a pretreatment of the blades, a cleaning agent in a tank 4 (weak jet stream of particulate materials or aqueous solvent) is jetted into a gas stream from a three-way jet nozzle 1 to the compression section 11a by air stream in order to clean the blades in the compression section 11a and a turbine section 11c during operation of the blades. Then, after opening the section 11c, the high speed flame melt-spray method is applied to the blades at their stationary state to cover them by protection layer with aluminum as a base, namely active protection layer from corrosion. In this way, the long lifetime of the blades is attained with a low cost ant in a short time.</p> |
