<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a radiation dispersion holography spectrometer easy to adjust, small in size, low in cost and having high reliability and high resolving power. CONSTITUTION: The dispersion of light is performed by using a holography lens wherein an interference fringe is applied to the front of a piezoelectric block pervious to infrared rays and a pair of electrodes are attached to the opposed side surfaces of the piezoelectric block and voltage is applied across the electrodes to finely adjust the dimension of the piezoelectric block and the misalignment of a light emitting source and the holography lens is compensated and the dispersion direction thereof is finely adjusted. Further, by allowing a detector array to perform self-scanning, an absorption spectrum is easily measured and recorded.</p> |
