AN OFF- LINE INVERTER

The autonomous inverter is used in electric power supply systems. It contains a reduced number of controllable valves, which simplify it and enhance its reliability. The inverter contains a transformer (1) with an average point of primary winding, which is connected to the positive pole of the feeding power source (2) and to the cathode of an additional transistor (3). The other two tips of the primary winding are connected, by the first group of consecutively-connected diode (5) and transistor (6) and a second group of consecutively connected diode (8) and another transistor (9), to the negative pole of the power source. Two condensers (10 and 11) are consecutively connected to the anodes of the transistors (6 and 9), in whose middle point the anode of the additional transistor, and the cathodes of the two diodes (12 and 13) (whose anodes are connected to those of the transistors (6 and 9)) are connected. The secondary winding of the transformer holds the load (14).
