This system is used for protecting buildings, public facilities, industrial sites and motor vehicles. It is highly resistant to neutralization attempts and may individually identify the alarm control and diagnose its operability. The system contains passive control elements (2), located at certain guarded points on the site, and is connected by a conductor (3) to a control bloc (1), which contains a navigable generator (11), an amplitude-frequency analyzer (12), a decision bloc (13) and a guide bloc (14). Each control element consists of consecutively-connected, electro-magnetic coupling (7), protective conducting stub (9) and a resonance element (10), while each electro-magnetic coupling has a static (6) and mobile part (8), connected electro-magnetically. The outlet of the decision bloc is also the outlet of the control bloc, to which are connected an indicative-alarming bloc (4) and a connection channel (5). To enhance the swift reaction in each control element, a second electro-magnetic coupling is attached, connected to the control bloc via the outlet of the resonance element and a third conductor.
