PURPOSE:To remove inferior goods by soaking a capacitor element in water before formation of a resin encapsulant, and impregnating the inside of the capacitor element with moisture under reduced pressure, and then measuring the leak current in atmosphere within specified time so as to inspect the increase of the leak current by moisture absorption. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor element C is soaked in the water in a sealed vessel 6, and the inside of that vessel 6 is decompressed with a decompressing pump P, and the capacitor element C is impregnated with moisture. The capacitor element C is taken out of the sealed vessel 6, and the leak current is measured at a room temperature within sixty minutes. Hereupon, inferior goods are removed, and the left capacitor elements are dried. |
