This form is used in the moulding industry in metal-casting equipment. Large-size castings with a complex configuration are moulded through it and the casting systems are used optimally. The metal-moulding form consists of a static (1) and a mobile (2) half form, in which a compound metal core (3) with fitted mobile metal insertions (4) is located. The top part of the insertions contains an external (5) and internal ledge. The external ledge consists of apertures (6) and is placed on a support ring (7). The internal ledge has a bottom side with a slanted surface (8), which borders on a holder (9), hinged to a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism consists of a bolt (10), located in a horizontal, step-side aperture in the mobile half form (2). The holder is hinged to one edge of the bolt through fixing screws (11). The other edge of the bolt is shaped like a semi-sphere (12) and a spring (13), placed in the step-like aperture, is fitted in it to the part formed by the larger diameter, and stretched out via screws. The semi spherical edge of the bolt is hinged on the slanted surface of a thumb (15), fitted statically to the drive-out system of the metal-casting equipment
