An enclosure, at least partially transparent, is produced, into which is introduced a dose of radio-luminescent material. The enclosure is then closed to form a sealed capsule, which ensures mechanical protection, and manipulation of the dose. The enclosure is produced by casting in a mould, which provides for the prodn. of series of enclosures, into each of which a predtermined quantity of radio-luminiscent material is placed. A cover is provided to which the edge of which each enclosure is fixed, and then the marking thus obtd. is cut away. ADVANTAGE - For luminescent marking of objects, partic. watch and clock hands.
