<p>PURPOSE:To make the title device manufactured in compact size requiring less consumption of fuel and operable in excellent control against external disturbances including variations in the printing speed by a method wherein combustion in a deodorizing burner is controlled so that the temperature in a furnace of the deodorizing device is adjusted, by the degree of openness of a bypass damper, in accordance with the temperature of hot air in jetting from nozzles or the temperature at the paper surface. CONSTITUTION:As the printing speed changes from (a) to (b) while a printing machine is in operation, the temperature Ts at the paper surface rises, widening the difference (sigma) between a target temperature Z and the actual temperature Ts at the paper surface. Therefore openness of a bypass damper 21 in a heat recovery line 20 of a first zone is controlled in the direction of opening so that the temperature of hot air in the first zone can be lowered with the aforementioned difference (sigma) reduced. The temperature in a furnace of a deodorizing device 8 can also be lowered by setting the temperature T3 in the reaction furnace of the deodorizing device 8 in accordance with the temperature Ts at the paper surface on the outlet side of a drying device, or the temperature T1 of the hot air in the first zone. Thereby constant heat recoverability can be ensured.</p> |
