PURPOSE: To deliver an adhesive tape section of a desired length through the manual handling by an operator by a simple constitution and a simple method. CONSTITUTION: An operation lever 3 is provided which is pre-loaded at the starting position projecting from a casing 4, turnable toward the casing 4, and operates devices to deliver an adhesive tape and cutting devices 54, 56-59, and the operation lever operates the devices to deliver the adhesive tape during the turning in a first turning range from the starting position of the operation lever, and the cutting devices in the successive remaining turning range. |
