PURPOSE: To provide a method for extracting highly aromatic coffee by provid ing a pressure chamber capable of extending the capacity so that hot water is perfectly extended to milled coffee. CONSTITUTION: This coffee automatic making device has a coffee making pressure chamber 10, the pressure chamber has an opening and closing member 20 for inputting and discharging powder coffee, at least one adjustable movable wall 31 for setting the capacity of the chamber, a hot water or steam supplying pipe 23, and a coffee discharging pipe 22, and it also has a control means for determining the position of the movable wall 31 and the quantity of hot water or coffee. Since the movable wall 31 is, particularly, situated on the head part of a piston fixed onto a spring compressed under the pressure of hot water or steam, the pressure chamber 10 can be extended when hot water or steam is injected. |
