This material is used for producing building construction elements intended for residential, public and agricultural buildings, and sanitary premises. It has a reduced thermal conductivity, water and fire resistance, as well as enhanced strength parameters. The material is pliable to treatment and the construction elements produced from it may be formed and transported in packages without any damage. The material contains cement, light, granulated insulation material and glues, which are in respective proportions from 18:1:1 to 25:6:1.5. The glue is, in effect, a water dispersion of polyvinyl acetate.
