PURPOSE:To reduce the misalignment of mirrors 3A, 3B for laser-beam resonance use and to obtain a stable laser output by a method wherein the vibration due to a resonance is suppressed when a blower 4 which has been installed inside a container 1 for a gas laser oscillator and whose number of natural vibrations is at the number of revolutions in normal service or lower is passed near its number of natural vibrations at its start and its stop. CONSTITUTION:After the pressure inside a container 1 has been made lower than the pressure at an oscillator, a blower 4 is started, a gas resistance exerted on a rotary blade 5 is reduced and the rotation is increased rapidly. After the pressure inside the container has been made higher than the pressure at the oscillation, the blower is stopped and its rotation is lowered rapidly. |
