CONSTITUTION:When a quantity of infrared energy made incident on a plurality of infrared sensors 11, 12 is equivalent, a correction factor for agreeing two outputs each other is calculated to correct the outputs of the infrared sensors 11, 12 in accordance with said correction factor.
