PURPOSE:To enable durability to be retained for a drive vibration due to scanning without requiring a highly accurate assembly. CONSTITUTION:Two electrodes of a ultrasonic vibrator are connected to terminals 33a and 33b which are fixed to a lower holder 3 by bonding wires 31 and 32 and they are dropped temporarily and are fixed to a side of the holder 3. Similarly, a penetration terminal 6c of a connector 4 is dropped temporarily to a terminal 34 which is fixed to an upper holder 2 by a tangent line and is fixed to a side of the holder 2. Further. the terminals 33 and 34 are connected by a flexible electric wire substrate 30. Therefore, even if a ultrasonic sensor itself is subjected to a low-frequency drive vibration by scanning, each terminal which is fixed to a side of the holders 2 and 3 is not affected at all and connection to upper and lower electrodes of the terminal 33 is not affected either. Also, the substrate 30 has a flexible mass that is not affected by drive, and connection at a connection point of each terminal can also withstand vibration. |
