The present invention relates to a product based on fish paste having incisions (1) in it, characterised in that it is made from minced fish meat and has several incisions spaced at equal intervals (2, 3) and extending from opposite surfaces of the product (1) towards the inside of the product so that the internal extremities of the two sets of incisions (2, 3) overlap each other in the transverse direction but do not meet. The fact that, according to the present invention, deep incisions are made in each zone of the product means that a liquid flavouring can penetrate fully into the entire product when it is seasoned with this flavouring or is immersed in it, and this product is easy to eat as a result of these incisions. <IMAGE> |
