In the oil press the screw cylinder (5) having oil outlets on both sides are provided with slits (9) on the upper and lower sides in between the outlets to receive gears (14) to engage the press screw (6) at right angle and rotate in the direction toward the discharge port (2). The rotation of the gears (14) in engagement with the screw (6) brushes cake off the screw shaft to discharge it through the port (2). The gears (14) are held with axial pins (15) on bars (13) fixed to clamps (10) with screw pins (12).
