PURPOSE:To provide a fluoropolymer composition which can give a coating film having low permittivity, low refractive index, good transparency, and excellent adhesion to an inorganic substrate such as glass or ceramics and an organic substrate such as plastic or rubber. CONSTITUTION:A fluoropolymer coating composition comprising a polymer having a fluoroalicyclic structure and at least one coupling group such as trimethoxysilyl in the molecule and a solvent for the polymer.
