PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a filter, to make the filter in expensive by reduction of the thickness and to make the exchange facile and quick by providing a projection member projected to an upper stream side of a fluid from the central part of a sheet form filtering member, containing an ozone decomposition agent at the outer surface part and removing a portion of ozone in the fluid. CONSTITUTION:The ozone removing filter 20 is provided with a sheet form filtering member 21 which is installed nearly orthogonally crossing air flow 13 and a conical form projection member 22 attached at the central part 21a and projected to the upper stream side of the air flow 13. The filtering member 21 incorporates the ozone decomposition agent 23 and the projection member 22 is coated or printed with the ozone decomposition agent on the outer surface part 22a. The filtering member 21 is supported with a supporting member 25 and is attachable and detachable together with the projection member 22 when it is used to the life limit. While the air 13 containing ozone sucked from an ozone generation source 14 with a fun 15 is brought into contact with the outer surface part 22a of the projection part 22 or is sucked directly into the filtering member 21, and is exhausted to the outside. |
