摘要 Bonds are produced by coating the surfaces to be joined with a transition element of the first (I) and/or second (II) transition series of the periodic system of elements. Roughness is in the region of microns, and amt of electrically non-conductive adhesive is used such that the raised areas of the transition element coating remain in contact. Elements for the transition element coating include (I) Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni and/or Cu or (II) Zr, Nb, Mo, Te, Tu, Rh, Pd and/or Ag. Transition metal coating may be applied by galvanic deposition or by cathodic sputtering. Desired roughness may be obtd. before deposition, by deposition or after deposition of the transition metal coating, esp by ion etching. Adhesive varnish consisting of a cyanoacrylate, an epoxy resin, a polyester, or a melt adhesive may be used.
