PURPOSE: To detect protein containing phosphorylated tyrosine. CONSTITUTION: A body fluid sample is thermostatically held along with at least two acceptors R1 , R2 (one of which contains an antibody capable of being specifically bonded to protein to be detected or a derivative thereof and the other one of which contains an antibody capable of being specifically bonded to phosphorylated tyrosine or a derivative thereof). Since a signal change is generated at this time by the bonding of at least the acceptors R1 , R2 and the substance to be detected in the sample soln., this change is measured.
