PURPOSE: To control discharge of fuel and fuel vapor from both of a fuel tank and a supply hole without requiring any use of a conventional fuel cap in a tank charging work of a system and thereafter. CONSTITUTION: A mechanism 32, by which an air vent valve 44 is automatically opened to a vent fuel tank 12 when a pump nozzle is inserted into a control system 10 arranged in a supply hole 14, is arranged. The control system 10 includes an injection valve 34, a contaminant drain valve 38 and a nozzle closing valve 40.
