PURPOSE:To move the position of rear vane freely, by providing a holding chip formed with a notch in the rear vane chip while providing a supporting chip for said holding chip in a diaphragm then securing the holding chip to said supporting chip with screw. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm 2 is fixed to the outside of a radiation port 4 of X-ray tube device 5 while using a connecting section 2a of the X-ray tube device. A holding chip 54 having a slit for screwing is provided on the rear vane 3a, while a supporting chip 52 for regulating the length of the guide section is provided at the fixed side then they are fixed with screw, and the stopping position against the supporting chip 52 is made movable to the direction of the radiation port 4 by the slit in the holding chip 54. Consequently the rear vane 3a can be advanced/ backed against the radiation port 4 within the range of the length of the slit. |
