PURPOSE:To enable the read-out/write-in of video information in high speed, by using low speed memory sectioned into a plurality of blocks. CONSTITUTION:The video memory VM is constituted by using memory elements in which the access time is 2-3 usec. The memory is sectioned into a plurality of blocks, e.g., four, and the memory blocks 1-4, are driven in parallel to obtain the data transfer cycle reduced to the fraction of block number, e.g. 1/4 to the memory element cycle time use. |
