<p>PURPOSE:To improve the workability, and to uniformly apply the grease on the sheet by coating the sheet with the grease to be applied on the sheet at the same time of pressing the sheet for the purpose of sheet forming. CONSTITUTION:The grease passage 28 and the nozzle 32 for supplying the grease from the grease dispenser 24 are set on the press upper die 14 to press the sheet 1. In the case of pressing the sheet 1, the press upper die 14 is lowered, presses the sheet 1 set on the press lower die 12, and at the same time, the grease is pushed out from the nozzle 32 on this sheet 1 from the nozzle 32. Then, the press lower die 12 is moved to the grease stretching position being opposed to the stretching tool 38 to stretch the grease, the grease on the sheet 1 is stretched with the stretching tool 38 on this stretching position.</p> |
