PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and to realize high speed starting of communication. CONSTITUTION:Power supply for a transceiver circuit, i.e. a DC/DC converter, comprises oscillation circuits 21, 22 producing two types of oscillation outputs having different frequencies, a comparator 18 comparing an output power supply voltage with a reference voltage, and a selecting means 17 for selecting one of two types oscillation outputs from the oscillation circuits 21, 22 according to the comparison results of the comparator 18 and producing a switching clock signal for the DC/DC converter. |
