PURPOSE:To unnecessitate to wash rice with water and immerse the rice in water without causing the putrefaction of the rice and without lowering the taste and quality of the rice. CONSTITUTION:Raw rice is washed with finely air-bubbled water to reduce microbes in the raw rice, packed and thermally sterilized to provide packed instant boiled rice which does not putrefy and does not lower the taste and quality thereof and which does not require to wash the rice with water and immerse the rice in water before boiled. |
