PURPOSE:To maintain charging conditions constant and to reduce scattering of conductor powder to a minimum limit by a charger for automatically charging the powder in a lower viahole of a green sheet. CONSTITUTION:A green sheet supply unit 10, a conductor powder, paste supply/ recovery unit 20 having a squeegee mechanism 21 for setting the pressing force and inclination angle of a squeegee constantly and moving it in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance of a green sheet 1, a conductor powder supply mechanism 22 for moving in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the conveyance of the sheet 1 and discharging a predetermined quantity of conductive powder and conductor paste, a conductor paste discharger 23, a conductor powder recovery mechanism 24 for recovering the powder on the sheet 1 and the paste adhering to the squeegee, and a conductor paste recovery mechanism 25, a conductor paste cleaner 30 for cleaning the paste adhering to the sheet 1, a green sheet inverter 40 for inverting and returning the sheet, and a controller 50 for controlling the operations of the respective units, are provided. |
