PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture and its manufacturing device for a powdered rubber composition block which can feed a powdered composition without measuring the powdered composition one by one, in addition to capability of omission of preparating operation also, manufacture always a uniform product and deal with an automation line, even in the case where production is performed by including products having forms different from each other. CONSTITUTION:To mold a blocklike powdered rubber composition W by a method wherein a device 4 used as a hopper and casting device in which the powdered rubber composition satisfying capacity of a bottom force 1 is held beforehand is moved in the horizontal direction along an opening part 1a in the bottom force 1, the foregoing powdered rubber composition is fed and filled into the bottom force 1 formed into a state of a recessed section 2, after completion of the feeding of the powdered rubber composition, a top force 3 is put over the same, to which fixed pressure is applied and the same is heated under this state. |
