<p>A substructure of the body of a vehicle such as a railroad car is formed by linking first and second beams (10) and (11) with each other. The first beams (10) are formed of first and second members (22) and (23) respectively having locking grooves (25) and (25a), and the second beams (11) are arranged at intervals perpendicular to the first beams (10), thus realizing, for example, a thin-walled substructure. By virtue of the locking grooves formed thereon, the first members allow the attachment of seats or the like, and the second members allow the suspension of underfloor equipment. <IMAGE></p> |
