PURPOSE:To provide an easily formable flexible raw material for a fiber- reinforced thermoplastic composite material. CONSTITUTION:The objective composite reinforcing textile material impregnated with thermoplastic resin can be produced by impregnating and coating reinforcing fiber monofilaments with a thermoplastic resin and is composed of 2-1,600 composite fiber units satisfying the formula E.S.m.a<2=50 wherein E is tensile modulus (kgf/mm<2>) of the reinforcing fiber monofilament, S is cross-sectional area (mm<2>), m is number of reinforcing fiber monofilaments in the composite fiber unit and 2a (mm) is minor diameter of the cross-section of the composite fiber unit.
