PURPOSE:To discharge gas of a center generated at the time of baking by providing a communication hole communicating with a hollow part in a multilayer ceramic board formed by laminating green sheets and baking them. CONSTITUTION:Laminated insulating boards 1, and a pattern 2 connected to a via 3 formed between the boards 1 are provided. A hollow part 4 is formed at the center 5 of the boards 1 formed of arranging areas of the via 3 and the pattern 2, and a communication hole 6 communicating with the part 4 from the end side 1A of the board 1 is provided. Carbon dioxide gas produced by gasifying a resin film and a carbon film can be discharged though the hole 6 at the time of heating by baking, and decomposition can be completed. Accordingly, a decrease in an insulating resistance between the patterns 2 and vacant cavity of the via 3 can be prevented. |
