PURPOSE:To construct a wire harness machine with no risk of misoperation, in which the operator is not required to set aside each wire to the left or right when the wire is to be fitted by pressure in a connector housing, but he may fit the wire in it only in one direction, by adopting the constitution according to the invention as described hereunder. CONSTITUTION:This wire harness machine as per invention comprises a gate device 8 installed eccentrically from the central part of a set holder 6, a guide plate 9 in the lower position of the gate device 8, a pressure fit plate 10 movable vertically and to the left and right, a cutter device 11 to cut the surplus length of the wire, a motion device 12 to move the set holder 6 in parallel motion vertical and to the left and right and also in rotation in a level plan, and a control device which controls the named gate device, pressure fit plate 10, cutter device 11, and motion device 12. Thereby the intended purpose will be implemented. |
